  1. How many rooms do you have?

    • 9 Studio Suites each provided with a refrigerator
    • 72 One-bedroom Suites with fully furnished living room, dining area and kitchen with complete cooking facilities and utensils.
    • 19 Two-bedroom Suites with fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen with complete cooking facilities and utensils.
  2. What are your room sizes?

    • Studio Suite - 35 square meters ( 376 square feet )
    • One Bedroom Apartment - 55 square meters ( 592 square feet )
    • Two Bedroom Apartment - 95 square meters ( 1022 square feet )
  3. What are the bed sizes?

    • We have single (39"x79") and queen size (61"x79").
  4. Do you allow visitors in the room?

    • Visitors are allowed in the room as long as they abide by the hotel rules and regulations. A fee of 1,200 pesos nett (per person) will be charged to visitors staying for a night.
  5. How many occupants are allowed in the room?

    • Two occupants can stay in the Studio Suites and One-bedroom Suites, and four occupants in the Two-bedroom Suites.
  6. Do you serve breakfast?

    • The coffee shop and breakfast lounge both serve breakfast a la carte.
  7. Do you have a mini bar in the room?

    • There is no minibar but drinks can be ordered from Room Service.
  8. Do you provide microwave ovens?

    • Microwave oven comes standard in Premiere Suites, for other rooms microwave ovens are provided upon request and subject to availability. Toaster ovens are provided in the One-bedroom and Two-bedroom Suites.
  9. Do you have a safety deposit box in the room?

    • Yes, all rooms have an in-room safety deposit box but we also provide safety deposit boxes free of charge at the Business Center.
  10. What is the size and depth of the swimming pool?

    • The salt water pool is 16 meters long and 8 meters wide. Its depth varies from 1.2 meters (3.5 feet) to 2.7 meters (5.5 feet). It is open from 7:30A.M. until 7:00 P.M.
  11. Are my friends allowed to use the swimming pool and fitness center?

    • For the convenience of hotel guests, only registered guests are allowed to use the facilities.
  12. Do you allow pets?

    • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
  13. What is the area and capacity of the function room?

    • It measures 100 square meters and has a maximum capacity of 70 persons.
  14. How many floors do you have?

    • We have nine floors.
  15. Do you have internet access in the hotel?

    • Wireless internet access is provided in all rooms and wireless access is available at the lobby and swimming pool area.
  16. Are you fully air conditioned?

    • All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
    • Premiere Suites have an air conditioning unit in the living room.
  17. Do you charge for transfer in and out?

    • Yes, the rate for airport service in is 1,200 pesos, while the rate for airport drop-off is 1,000 pesos. Rates are applicable for transport service to and from Manila airports only.
  18. Are you near shopping malls and the airport?

    • We are only a five-minute walk from Robinsons Place shopping mall. The international and domestic airports are a 20-minute ride from the hotel.
  19. What is your check-in and check-out time?

    • Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. while check-out time is 12:00 noon.
  20. Do you charge for children?

    • Children aged seven years old and below stay free of charge as long as they are sharing a bed. A maximum of two children are allowed per bedroom.
